The "CHANKO NABE" is basically made of chicken meat and a variety of vegetables. It is very nutritious, healthy type of Japanese hot pot, traditionally eaten among "Sumo" wrestlers.

In addition to a variety of course menus we serve, we prepare two kinds of original soup bases based upon your reservations. The "SOPPU" (SOY SAUCE BASE), or the "MISO" (SOY BEAN BASE), whichever you may prefer. We will arrange meals differently, depending on your needs and preference. For example, we are able to increase the number of appetizers and decrease the amount of cooking required.

Each private, purely Japanese style "TATAMI" ( Rice-straw matting, the traditional covering for floors ) room has been handcrafted to seat parties of us to 8 people. Also, upon prior request, we are able to provide seating for a party of up to 40 people.
