RE: FV location- I love your ramen. You are probably so used to hearing people say that. But it’s true. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have turned countless people into loyal fans as well. But recently I have not been as satisfied as previous years I am afraid. Especially in the last few months. The reason is simple, you ramen is being served more and more at room temperature! Ramen is supposed to be served very hot, almost to the pointe of burning you. You should have to blow the ramen in order to take the first few bites. I don’t’ know why this has been the case lately. I have not bothered to complain to the staff. But the next time I eat at Shin Sen, I will be sure to remind them. Please do what ever you can to make sure that the ramen is served at the proper temperature. Most times when I eat now, by the time I am ready to order extra noodle, the broth is almost cold. This does not make a pleasant dining experience. Thank you for hearing me and feel free to contact me with questions.
Kind regards,
Alain Chau
